How much does full management cost?
Our full management fee is 15% + VAT of the monthly rent. On a property renting at £2,000/month that's £300/month. This includes compliance audits, tenant sourcing, rent collection, maintenance coordination, inspections, and rent guarantee insurance.
Can I switch to you mid-tenancy?
Yes. We manage the entire handover from your current agent, including serving notice, collecting compliance documents, reconciling the rent ledger, and onboarding your tenants with new payment details. Most transitions complete within 3-4 weeks with zero lost rent.
What areas do you cover?
We specialise in South West London including Wimbledon, Earlsfield, Southfields, Raynes Park, Mitcham, Morden, Tooting, Balham, and Battersea. We also manage properties across Greater London on a case-by-case basis.
Do you guarantee rent?
